How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I customize the scent of my products?
Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of signature scents, and in our physical Soap Makeries, you can even watch us customize and scent products just for you.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 30 days.
